Affordability is just a loaded phrase. But I think that 2024 proved that all that really matters to America is however they define it. “The price of eggs” if you will is the only thing most Americans vote on. More’s the pity.
A brief defense of the cliche. I really enjoyed this piece and how it focuses on…normalcy. Cliches are there for a reason and running away from them is not the way for one to live their best life.
